Here are our standard labour rates:

On-site technical support:
$105.00 per hour with a 1.0 hour minimum call-out (includes a thirty minute travel-time allowance).
Program technical support:

$40.00 per hour (handled by telephone)
$85.00 per hour (handled on-site)
Shop rate:
$75.00 per hour (if we can fix the problem within thirty minutes, a nominal charge of $30.00 applies)

 

Maintenance Packages:

BRONZE
 Includes one site visit per month to upgrade anti-viral or other included software**, up to three telephone support calls, plus two on-site call requests (up to a two hour limit per call) - $200.00 per month
SILVER
 Includes two site visits per month, up to five telephone support calls, plus three on-site call requests (up to a two hour limit per call) - $350.00 per month
GOLD
 Includes four site visits per month, up to ten telephone support calls, plus five on-site call requests (up to a two hour limit per call) - $600.00 per month

Invoicing to qualified customers is net 30 days.
COD customers receive a 10% discount.
All rates apply to normal business hours 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Emergency after hours calls are subject to an hourly premium.
